    Dr.S.P.Thenmozhi - ACADEMIC DIRECTOR

Dr.S.P.Thenmozhi is a Graduate in Horticulture(TNAU) and Post Graduate in Business Administration.She was awarded PhD in Management Sciences by Anna University.

She has 20 years of experience in Teaching ,Training ,Research and Administration. She is certified Higher level in BEC- Business English Communication by British Council and certified Six Sigma Green Belt by Bench Mark Australia. She is also a certified ISO auditor for Quality Management Systems.

She served as a Professor in Sona School of Management and has Headed Admissions, HR and Research departments in the Business School and has been awarded for her Excellence in Performance. She was a member of Board of Studies and has introduced new courses in her tenure. She was the Editor of Global Management Review , an International Journal and has published many research papers in National and International Journals and has presented papers in International Conferences.

At IIM Ahmedabad, the most prestigious institution in India she has undergone the four months training for Faculty Development Program. She has guided more than 100 student projects for MBA and has also guided M Phil and PhD scholars. She has been the Academic Director of Kovai Vidyashram Schools for the past 5 years.
